Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

Shake the charred pineapple & chili flavored vodka, Viognier white wine, pineapple juice, Bols Blue Curaçao, pineapple sugar syrup, Difford's Daiquiri Bitters, and saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
