Select and pre-chill a martini glass.
Prepare a garnish of a pear slice and set it on the rim of the glass.
Stir the pear-flavored vodka, your choice of Calvados, apple brandy, or straight applejack, Ketel One Vodka, elderflower liqueur, and Strucchi Dry Vermouth with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
