Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

Stir the Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry, Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry, and Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur with ice. Optionally, add a dash of Difford's Bokers Bitters and 2 drops of saline solution for additional depth.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.
