Far Eastern Gimlet (Gin)

Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

In a mixing glass, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add a dash of Angostura bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the ingredients until well chilled.

Empty the martini glass if you used ice water for chilling.

Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
