Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a Highball Glass.

Gently muddle the mint leaves in the base of a shaker, just enough to bruise them.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Highball Glass.

Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Serve immediately and enjoy.

Churn the drink gently with a bar spoon.

Serve the strained cocktail over crushed ice in the highball glass.
