Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of a dehydrated orange slice wheel and skewered Luxardo Maraschino cherries.

Shake the Ferrand Pineau des Charentes, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white (or Fee Brothers Fee Foam) with ice, then strain back into the shaker.

Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the mixture.

Fine strain into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
