Picasso Sour

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by spraying Angostura Bitters through a stencil or by dripping a few drops onto the surface foam.

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a frothy texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.
