Start with these components prepared in advance: Gin (Pandan-infused gin, sous-vide at 63°C for 3 hours.).

Chill a martini glass in preparation for serving.

Add pandan-infused gin, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to a shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy the aromatic and tropical notes of the Warm Isle Guest.
