How to make Morgan Hill Gimlet with Gin, Infused Dry Vermouth, Artichoke Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use dry vermouth prepared with California bay laurel, thyme, saffron and cocktail onion. Have the infused component strained and ready before mixing.
Start with these components prepared in advance: Dry vermouth (Noilly Prat Original Dry (Infused, see note)).
Muddle the sage leaves gently with a splash of the dry vermouth and a strip of lemon peel.
Add the gin, the remaining dry vermouth, and Cynar to the mixture.
Stir well to integrate the flavors.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a cocktail olive.
