Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to prepare it for serving.

Create a garnish by cutting a twist of orange zest.

Combine the peated single malt whisky, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, maple syrup, freshly squeezed orange juice, and saline solution in a shaker.

Add ice and shake well to blend the flavors thoroughly.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
