Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure your drink is served at the perfect temperature.

Prepare a lemon zest twist to use as a garnish.

In a mixing glass, combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Hayman's Sloe Gin liqueur, Punt E Mes vermouth amaro, Cynar or another carciofo amaro, and Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters.

Stir the mixture with ice until well chilled.
