Combine the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe, freshly squeezed lemon juice, mint bitters, and either the egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake the contents vigorously.
Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.
Dry shake the ingredients again without ice to achieve a frothy texture.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe.
