Absinthe Drip Cocktail (Czech method)

Place a sugar cube on a slotted absinthe spoon resting across the top of an Old Fashioned glass.

Pour the La Fée Parisienne absinthe over the sugar cube, allowing it to drip into the glass.

Carefully light the absinthe-soaked sugar cube and let it burn to caramelize.

Using a bottle of chilled mineral water with a small hole in the cap, drip the water over the remaining sugar until it dissolves and flows into the glass.

Add ice to the glass, stir gently, and serve immediately.
