Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino cherries and mint sprigs.

Shake the Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno, Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice until well chilled.
