Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a green olive.

Shake the mezcal, Liquore Strega, chilled aromatized wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, absinthe, and saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the skewered olive.
