Mignon

Rinse the martini glass with Islay Scotch to impart a smoky aroma, then discard the excess.

In a mixing glass, combine the gin, rye, cassis, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and a few dashes of orange bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange for an aromatic finish.
