Agave Pina

Squeeze the juice of the lime into a cocktail shaker.

Add the tequila, fresh pineapple juice, and agave syrup.

Drop in the jalapeño slices and sage leaves.

Muddle the sage and jalapeño to release their flavors.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

For an optional variation, serve over ice in a tall Collins glass and top with club soda to taste.
