Chill a martini glass in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Stir the London dry gin, Manzanilla Sherry, Bianco Vermouth, chili liqueur, celery bitters, and saline solution or a pinch of salt with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.
