Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange slice to use as a garnish.

Shake the hazelnut liqueur, Strucchi Red Bitter, Pallini Limoncello liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish with the prepared orange slice.
