Combine the Amaro Nonino, orange liqueur, mango puree, and egg white in a shaker.
Vigorously shake the mixture without ice to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a Old Fashioned Glass over crushed ice.
