Combine the rum, Chinato, and triple sec in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Add a dash of bitters to the mixture.

Stir the ingredients until well-chilled and integrated.

Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into it.

Garnish with an orange twist to enhance the aroma and presentation.
