Chill a cocktail coupe by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

Add the lightly flavored gin, Kummel, Aperol, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and a dash of absinthe to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

Double strain the mixture into the prepared, chilled coupe glass, ensuring a smooth and finely textured finish.
