Tarte Tatin Cocktail

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of cinnamon.

Shake the vanilla-flavored vodka, apple schnapps liqueur, and Giffard caramel toffee liqueur with ice.

Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

In a separate shaker, shake the whipping cream and chosen egg white option with ice, then strain it back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture (without ice) to emulsify.

Carefully pour the emulsified mixture over the back of a spoon to layer it over the cocktail.

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg as garnish.
