Use these specified component styles: Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie.

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing an orange wheel and skewering it with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry to create a decorative sail.

Shake the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur, Kirschwasser, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a couple of dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice, simultaneously topping with Thomas Henry Soda Water.
