Combine the Ancho Reyes Verde chile liqueur, Blanco tequila, lime juice, pineapple syrup, and egg white in your shaker tin.

Whip shake with a couple of ice cubes until they are almost dissolved.

Open the shaker, add the cream along with some cracked ice, and shake vigorously for a few more seconds.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass, ensuring no ice is included.

Slowly top with soda water to complete the cocktail.

Serve without a garnish.
