How to make Limone & Basilico Spritz with Basil, Limoncello, Dry Vermouth. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a wine glass.
Prepare a garnish of dehydrated lemon slice wheel and basil sprigs.
Muddle the basil leaves, including stems, at the base of a shaker.
Add the Pallini Limoncello liqueur, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Amaro, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake the mixture with ice.
Fine strain the contents into the pre-chilled, ice-filled wine glass.
Top with chilled Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco.
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and basil sprigs.
