Grand Sour

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing an orange into a wheel.

Combine the Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orange juice, and optionally, the egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam, in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously, then strain the liquid back into the shaker.

Dry shake the ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg white or foam, if used.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish the drink with the prepared orange slice wheel.
