Rum Stone Sour

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a half orange slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry to create a decorative sail.

Shake the light gold rum, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, rich sugar syrup, orange bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the prepared ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish the cocktail with the skewered half orange wheel and maraschino cherry sail.
