Ray's Hard Lemonade

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of mint sprigs.

Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the base of a shaker to release their aroma.

Add the Ketel One Vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker. Shake with ice until well combined.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with Thomas Henry Soda Water and give it a brief stir to incorporate.

Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Serve with a straw for easy sipping.
