Daddy's Daiquiri

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.

Prepare a lime slice wheel, ideally dehydrated, for garnish.

Shake the light white rum, agricole blanc, Green Chartreuse, Difford's Falernum liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, gomme syrup, Difford's Daiquiri Bitters, and saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish with the dehydrated lime wheel, floating it on the surface.
