Combine the gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add a small piece of ice and shake vigorously until the ice has completely dissolved, allowing the egg white to emulsify.

Add additional ice to the shaker and shake with intensity. Strain the mixture into an appropriate fizz glass or short Collins glass.

Gently top with club soda.

Serve the cocktail with a prairie oyster in a shot glass on the side.

For the prairie oyster, carefully reserve the egg yolk without breaking it. Season the yolk with a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco, adjusting to taste. Present the prairie oyster in a shot glass alongside the fizz, ensuring the yolk remains intact to enhance the experience when consumed.
