How to make Ragtime with Rye Whiskey, Amaro, Bitter Aperitif. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Coat the inside of a mixing glass with absinthe, then discard any excess.
Add the rye, Ramazzotti, Aperol, and a couple of dashes of Peychaud's Bitters into the mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
