Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Prepare a garnish using a dehydrated orange slice wheel and set aside.

Combine the blended Scotch whisky, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously to chill and blend the flavors.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the dehydrated orange slice wheel before serving.
