Combine the gin, Demerara rum, cognac, freshly squeezed lime juice, orgeat, sherry, curaçao, simple syrup, and a dash of bitters in a shaker tin.
Fill the shaker with crushed ice and either mix with a spindled drink mixer or shake vigorously.
Pour the mixture into a Cup.
Top with more crushed ice.
