Add the Aperol, lime juice, orgeat, tequila, and mint leaves to a blender.

Start with a moderate amount of ice, blending until you achieve a smooth texture. Adjust the ice as needed.

Pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Float the mezcal gently across the surface of the cocktail.

Garnish with a fresh mint bouquet for an aromatic finish.
