Nightwish

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

Shake the Ketel One Vodka, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, Bob's Cardamom bitters, and saline solution with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then skewer it as a garnish, ideally using a skull-topped pick.
