Chinato e smoky

Chill an Old Fashioned glass by filling it with ice.

In a mixing glass, combine the Islay Scotch, Chinato, and Ramazzotti.

Add a dash each of Angostura and Peychaud's bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the ingredients until well chilled.

Discard the ice from the Old Fashioned glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, then discard the peel.
