Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare the garnish by skewering a lemon wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, creating a sail-like presentation.

Shake the blended Scotch whisky, pastis, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, egg white (or your chosen alternative), and Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker.
