How to make Pago Pago with Pineapple, Rum, Green Herbal Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare a garnish of either a pineapple wedge or an edible flower.
Muddle fresh pineapple wedges at the base of a shaker.
Add Caribbean blended rum, green Chartreuse, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, chilled pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Shake vigorously with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim or float an edible flower on the surface.
