Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.

Fill a Double Old Fashioned Glass with crushed ice.

Strain the shaker's contents into the prepared glass.

Garnish the cocktail with a pineapple leaf, an edible orchid, a cherry, and a lemon wheel.
