How to make Jules & Jim with Bourbon Whiskey, Moroccan Mint Tea Syrup, Lime Peel. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use the listed prepared syrup made from double-strength Moroccan mint tea combined 1:1 with sugar.
Muddle the listed lime peel and cucumber slice with the pinch of salt.
Add the bourbon, prepared tea syrup, 2 drops rose water, 4 drops Moroccan bitters, 1 dash aromatic bitters, 1 dash absinthe and one of the two listed mint sprigs.
Shake with ice, then strain into a julep cup over fresh ice.
Slap the remaining mint sprig, use it as garnish and serve with a metal straw.
