Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water or placing it in the freezer.

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin and Liquore Strega to the mixing glass.

Stir the mixture gently, allowing the ingredients to combine and chill.

Discard the ice water from the coupe or retrieve it from the freezer.

Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared cocktail coupe.
