The Sunset Tree

Start with these components prepared in advance: Aromatized wine (Cocchi Americano (strawberry-infused)).

Combine the gin, framboise, strawberry-infused aromatized wine, Campari, and a few dashes of Peychaud's Bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir the mixture until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled Old Fashioned Glass.

Add one large ice cube to the glass.

Express the oils from a twist of orange peel over the drink, then use it as a garnish.

Finish by adding a fresh strawberry as an additional garnish.
