Gin Fixed

Pre-chill a Martini glass and set aside.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a quarter lemon wheel.

Shake the London Dry Gin, triple sec, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, ensuring it is two-thirds filled with crushed ice.

Churn the cocktail, then top with additional crushed ice to fill the glass completely.

Garnish with the lemon slice on the rim of the glass.

Serve the cocktail with a straw.
