How to make Pelican Swizzle with Trinidad Rum, Artichoke Liqueur, Mezcal. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
Add Trinidad rum, Cynar, mezcal, Velvet Falernum, freshly squeezed lime juice, and a pinch of salt to the glass.
Use a barspoon to swizzle the mixture until a frost forms on the outside of the glass.
Top with additional ice if necessary to fill the glass.
