How to make Esquivel with Rum, Jamaican Rum, Dark Rum. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Combine the Haitian rum, Jamaican rum, Virgin Islands rum, allspice dram, freshly squeezed lime juice, Demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail mixer.
Add pebble ice and whir together, then pour the mixture unstrained into a cocktail coupe.
Alternatively, whip shake the mixture with a few pieces of ice, pour it into the coupe, and top with additional pebble ice.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve with a straw.
