How to make Pineapple Sour with Bourbon Whiskey, Pineapple Liqueur, Lemon Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill an Old Fashioned glass to prepare for serving.
Garnish with either a pineapple wedge or a dehydrated pineapple slice.
Combine bourbon whiskey, Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Giffard Vanille de Madagascar, and your choice of either pasteurized egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well to blend the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
