Select and prepare a Cognac Glass.

Add the Giffard Menthe Pastille, overproof white rum, and Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur to the glass.

Swirl the glass gently to mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Carefully tilt the glass near horizontal and ignite the mixture to flambé.

Extinguish the flame by covering the glass with a similar-sized glass or other suitable cover.
