Epestone Daiquiri

Chill a martini glass in advance.

Prepare a garnish of lime wedge.

Combine the Cuban rum, crème de cassis, freshly squeezed lime juice, and chilled water or mineral water (if using).

Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the lime wedge.
