Quarter the washed strawberries and place them into a punch glass.

Add the spiral peel of an untreated lemon to the glass.

Sprinkle the strawberries and lemon with sugar, then pour in half of the white wine.

Refrigerate and let the mixture infuse for an hour.

After chilling, add the remaining white wine and the sparkling wine, such as Söhnlein Brillant Trocken.
